Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Strong leadership in hospice or healthcare operations.
• Ability to manage program-level clinical services and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day patient/family care service oversight and related cost management.
• Oversees weekly onsite location visits and monthly validation reports.
• Manages the Big 5: pharmacy, medical supplies, DME, mileage, and labor.
• Ensures compliance with Conditions of Participation and regulatory standards.
• Monitors staffing to meet patient needs and communicates needs for budget planning.
• Ensures clinician productivity and performance standards across disciplines.
• Leads orientation and training for care staff and reporting variances to leadership.
• Plans and coordinates vendor relationships and external communications.
• Directly supervises 5–10 teammates with hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Supports travel, schedule flexibility, and clinical governance.
