Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations, including marketing initiatives.
• Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
• Lead marketing efforts to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, government agencies, payer groups, referral sources, and competitors.
• Enhance communication among patient, family, caregiver, facility, physician team, and hospice vendors.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about hospice and support informed decisions.
• Assist leadership in budget planning and marketing allocations.
• Monitor resource allocation and conduct market assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule marketing events and vendor fairs.
• Support Care Transition Team training and mentorship.
