Job summary

Preferred Care Management is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage placement and scheduling of Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) across facilities and private homes in the New Jersey region. The role involves responding to service requests, updating the daily staffing schedule, and communicating with managers throughout the territory.

The candidate should ensure onboarding completion for new hires and maintain adequate coverage by arranging replacements for callouts, while prioritizing staff

Qualifications

• Onboarding completion or training completion is required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong scheduling and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Placement of Certified Home Health Aides with patients in facilities and homes.
• Scheduling HHA's to ensure each patient has a scheduled visit.
• Respond to service requests and inquiries.
• Update daily staffing schedule.
• Communicate with managers throughout the territory.
• Make sure all new employees have completed onboarding process.
• Ensure replacements for all callouts.
• Make assessments and prioritize staff for assignments.
• Communicate issues or client process changes to management staff.
