Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Executive in Mississippi to execute the sales strategy, grow market share, and educate the medical community on our home health and hospice services. You will manage referral relationships, perform education sessions, and document activities within a defined budget.

The role requires an active RN license in MS, a valid driver's license, and strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of MS.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to execute growth strategy.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Seek to understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn new/continued referrals.
• Expand the healthcare community's awareness of our solutions and services.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and our agencies.
