Valir Hospice is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth and census across multiple Oklahoma communities. You will build and maintain community relationships, track referral trends, and collaborate with leadership to meet weekly and monthly targets.

The role requires strong communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to travel to patient homes for initial assessments and benefit paperwork when needed.

Aufgaben

• Meet goals related to growth and census for Valir Hospice.
• Communicate with the Director of Business Development about community responses, trends, new providers, and status changes.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with community representatives, consumers, and employees.
• Develop new relationships to benefit the company, measured by division, location, and needs of the provider or strategic relationship targeted.
• Travel to potential participants' homes to conduct initial informational and needs assessments, including benefit election paperwork as needed.
• Develop weekly and monthly goals with leadership to prioritize, organize, and accomplish initiatives regarding development of referral sources.
• Maintain documentation of account profiles and daily contacts, and analyze monthly referral tracking reports for effectiveness or trends.
• Attend marketing, staff and interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Any and all other duties and responsibilities assigned.
