Agape Care Group is seeking an Area Vice President of Business Development in Oklahoma to lead sales and develop referral sources for hospice and palliative care. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will implement strategies, manage budgets, and drive profit while ensuring exceptional patient care.

You will oversee a state-wide sales team, build partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensure operational excellence across our hospice services, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in a related field is required/preferred.
• 15 years of proven marketing and managerial experience.
• 5 years in a clinical care setting or home health/hospice preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for Oklahoma state territory and develop referral sources.
• Implement organizational and operational sales strategies.
• Prepare budgets and manage expenses while meeting sales objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise professional and supportive services for hospice patients.
• Serve on the Senior Leadership Team and drive performance across the sales function.
