Job summary

Sholom Community Alliance in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Coordinator, Bereavement and Volunteer to plan, direct and evaluate the hospice volunteer program. Qualifications

• Must possess Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW).
• CPR certification required.
• One or more years’ experience in hospice or home care preferred.
• One or more years’ supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of the hospice volunteer program.
• Recruitment and onboarding of hospice and bereavement volunteers.
• Provide bereavement services and follow-up for family members for up to 13 months.
• Supervise volunteers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track volunteer hours and maintain clinical records.
