Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate personal care and homemaker services for patients in home settings, following the IDT plan of care and maintaining a safe environment.

You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meals, vital signs, infection control, documentation, and emergency reporting. A valid MA CNA or HHA certificate is required. Competitive pay, generous PTO and benefits.

Formación

• Valid MA CNA certification or HHA certificate required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care per plan of care.
• Assist with toileting, transfers, and mobility using safe techniques.
• Provide meal preparation and feeding support as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and document patient status.
• Observe infection control procedures and maintain a safe home environment.
• Report changes to hospice nurse case manager and coordinate with IDT.
