Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice in Thibodaux, LA is hiring a Hospice Aide to support patient care in a local facility. You will provide personal care and assist with homemaking tasks within state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Certification training program or skills test required.
• Minimum 6 months direct care experience.
• CPR certification required.

Job Duties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
• Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
• Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a direct care setting
• CPR Certified
• Have dependable transportation, current driver’s license and auto insurance
