Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice is seeking caregivers to provide essential personal care and homemaking assistance, working with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months in direct care setting.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with personal care and homemaking assistance in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicate and follow up with supervisors and coworkers regarding patient needs, care, and concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff.

Qualifications:
