Job summary

Bristol Hospice, located in Atlanta, GA, is looking for an Admissions Nurse to establish positive relationships within the community and enhance access to hospice services. The Admissions RN plays a critical role in promoting quality hospice care and ensuring patient needs are met from the outset.

This role not only involves facilitating admissions but also requires providing comprehensive assessments and coordinating with healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the state.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a professional nurse within the last three years.
• Must be able to travel 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Complete hospice consults/evaluations and admissions.
• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
