Agape Care Group is seeking an Account Executive in the Bluffton, SC area to drive hospice referrals by building trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners. Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree or proven health-related work experience.
• 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Agape Care Group and local healthcare providers.
• Generate hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with clinical teams for seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
