Job summary

Angels Care Hospice is seeking a driven Account Executive to generate referrals from physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other healthcare partners. You will build relationships, promote hospice services, and drive patient access while collaborating with clinical and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare sales, a proven referral network, and strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license required; field-based role with relocation options may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a healthcare sales role.
• Existing referral network in the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with EMRs, CRM systems, and healthcare regulations.
• High school graduate or equivalency (some college preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across your territory.
• Present and promote hospice services to physicians, hospitals, and facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active referral sources.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Attend IDT and other meetings as assigned.
• Meet or exceed monthly referral and admission goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report outcomes.
