Job summary

Angels Care Hospice is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our hospice team. This role focuses on generating referrals from physicians, hospitals, and other health care partners, building trusted relationships, and promoting our hospice services.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience in post-acute care.
• Existing referral network in the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with EMRs, CRM systems, and healthcare regulations.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across your territory.
• Present and promote hospice services, emphasizing eligibility and transitions of care.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active referral sources.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Attend IDT, case conferences, Focus meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Meet or exceed monthly referral and admission goals; track outcomes.
