Job summary

Dümmen Orange is seeking a mid-level ERP Systems Analyst to support our PAT Horticulture Software across North America and globally. The role is ideally based in Columbus, OH, with flexibility for qualified candidates in other US regions.

You will join a cross-border IT team located in the US, the Netherlands, and Germany, driving optimization, integration, and lifecycle maintenance of our core ERP ecosystem. Strong SQL, project coordination, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting live ERP environments.
• Experience with PAT Horticulture Software or other Agribusiness ERP platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for the Americas region and triage incidents.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements in the ERP ecosystem.
• Document and configure horticultural workflows within the ERP.
• Maintain integration with external finance, HR, or climate-control software.
• Conduct QA testing on feature updates and facilitate UAT.
• Manage EDI pipelines linking ERP with customers.
