Dummen NA, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a mid-level ERP Analyst to support and optimize our PAT Horticulture Software across North America.

You will work in a global IT team of about 25 professionals, reporting to the Group IM Manager, with opportunities to impact live ERP operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of ERP experience, plus strong SQL skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of ERP experience.
Experience with PAT Horticulture Software or comparable Agribusiness ERP platforms.
Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and checking data integrity.
Strong project coordination, bug tracking, and business process modeling.

Responsibilities

Provide Americas-based application support, troubleshoot incidents, and assist regional users.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements within the PAT ERP ecosystem.
Document and configure horticultural workflows within the ERP.
Monitor interconnections with external finance, HR, or climate-control software.
Perform UAT and support testing with business users.
Set up and optimize EDI pipelines linking ERP with customers.
