The associate-level position requires a university degree or equivalent in business agriculture, with skills in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office, and a focus on growth of retail products and services.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with experience or competencies in business agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on agronomic inquiries for products and services to staff and customers.
• Develop and implement agronomic product strategies.
• Support and collaborate on the strategic division of emerging products and technologies.
• Collect, compile, transform, and analyze data for market intelligence and research.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and division events.
• Assist with growth and training on the sustainable growth of retail products and services.
• Assist with tracking sales, operational metrics and branch performance.
• Model safety as a core value and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Turf & Ornamental practices and regulations.
• Apply understanding of branch operations, products, services, and equipment.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Microsoft Office skills.
