Job summary

Hawaii Endoscopy Center in Honolulu, HI is seeking a dedicated Business Office Coordinator to support daily business office operations and supervise Registration and Medical Records. Revenue Cycle duties will also be required.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $25-$33 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) options. BS/BA not required but preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years medical office experience such as a hospital, or physician's office.
• Experience working with physicians is desirable.
• Must have knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Administrator with day-to-day business office operations.
• Supervise Registration and Medical Records.
• Perform Revenue Cycle duties including collecting/tracking payments, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
