Job summary

Kelley Create seeks a Service Technician in Honolulu, HI to repair and maintain office equipment for customers. This role focuses on exceptional customer service, strong knowledge of various brands, and professional conduct to minimize downtime for clients.

The technician will work with the service team to triage issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation of service activities. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 45 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Must have aptitude for understanding and repairing mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough repairs on equipment, reducing repeat service calls and downtime.
• Coordinate precise finger movements to manipulate small components.
• Meet or exceed service ticket acknowledgment and resolution targets.
• Maintain client relationships and professional service attitude across assigned areas.
• Update service calls promptly and accurately in Remote Tech.
• Serve as a technical resource for triage and device knowledge across the team.
• Create and execute preventative maintenance schedules for devices.
• Organize daily duties and prioritize tasks to address time-sensitive issues.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with Parts Manager for stock optimization.
• Provide end-user training on devices and functionality as required.
