Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with relevant hands-on equipment experience.
• Experience with multi-function printing technologies preferred.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs and operate a vehicle for site visits.
• Good driving record and valid license; willingness to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain office equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate precise finger movements for small parts handling.
• Meet service targets for ticket acknowledgment and resolution.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate professionally.
• Log service calls in Remote Tech accurately.
• Provide end-user training on devices.
