Job summary

Kelley Create in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain office equipment for our customers, delivering timely service with minimal downtime and a strong commitment to quality.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and experience with multi-function printers. You will perform repairs, manage PM schedules, maintain parts inventory, and support team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with multi-function printing technologies preferred.
• Able to lift 45 lbs and drive to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and cost.
• Left/right finger dexterity for small components handling.
• Meet service level targets for ticket acknowledgment and resolution.
• Maintain client relationships and clear communication across areas.
• Update service calls in Remote Tech accurately and professionally.
• Serve as a resource for triage, device tech, and networking issues.
• Create and execute Preventative Maintenance schedules for devices.
• Organize daily tasks and manage time effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with Parts Manager.
