Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• When delivering, a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record are required.

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and budgets.
• Implement safety standards and conduct inspections.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors; deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and collaborate with partners to support growth.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
