Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Houston, TX to oversee daily branch operations and act as the manager in the manager’s absence. You will focus on safety, compliance, inventory control, and delivering strong customer service while driving branch profitability.

You will lead a team, train associates, handle deliveries, and manage expenses. A forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with a High School diploma required and a Bachelor’s degree

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations and assist the Branch Manager in daily tasks.
• Drive profitability by using digital tools and optimizing branch performance.
• Develop and train associates; supervise staff scheduling and safety.
