Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gexpro team in Honolulu, HI. The role focuses on coaching a team and ensuring profitable, safe branch operations aligned with corporate goals and annual budgets.

You will lead profitability, develop staff, manage inventory, and oversee sales initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. This position requires strong leadership and knowledge of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, or B2B electrical distribution
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years old
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and budgets
• Enforce safety standards and conduct facility inspections
• Stay informed about markets, customers, vendors, and competitors
• Build relationships with customers and vendors; deliver excellent service
• Oversee inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
