AutoFair Honda is now seeking Entry Level Sales Associates to join our team in Manchester, NH. If you are passionate about helping people and building long-term customer relationships, this role offers a path to 70k–100k+ annually with a robust training program.

We provide guaranteed training pay, an aggressive compensation package, and extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented.
• A tenacity for learning and eagerness to improve.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Military experience welcomed but not necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enduring relationships to build customers for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Know the in's and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
