AutoFair Automotive Group in Nashua, NH is seeking an Internet Experienced Sales Manager to lead our internet sales team, improve lead conversion, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across online channels.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience, finance/desking know-how, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple leads while coordinating with sales, finance, and service teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience is required.
• Strong understanding of lead processes and timelines.
• Finance/desking experience is a must.
• Leadership skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM and office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach and train team to answer customer lead inquiries and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone scripts and texts.
• Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Provide customers with great buying experiences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure positive CSI and repeat business.
• Present and work customer buying options from beginning to end.
• Participate in team and process development sessions with positive relationships across teams.
• Develop, motivate, coach and lead team to success with positive reinforcement.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
