Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Homeowner Eligibility Specialist to accept, review, and decision applicant files, provide loan processing support, and certify that files meet program guidelines for affiliate and external stakeholders.
This full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt role is scheduled M-F 8:00 am–4:30 pm with evenings and weekends as needed and pays $19–$23 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with 3% match,

Job Summary:
TheHomeownership Eligibility Specialist (HES)will serve families in need of decent and affordable housing by accepting, reviewing, and decisioning applicant/partner family files. The HES will provide applicant review and loan processing services to ensure accurate loan closing transactions. The HES will be responsible for establishing a pipeline of potential applicants while certifying that files meet program requirements and guidelines of affiliate, internal and external stakeholders. The HES will assist the Family Services Department with all other department projects as needed.
