Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Financial Program Enrollment Coordinator to support families in need of affordable housing. You will be the first contact for prospects, handle intake and eligibility for homeownership programs, and assist with case management for Partner Families.
Responsibilities include coordinating sweat equity, tracking progress toward closing, and ensuring HUD education completion while maintaining strong communication with families and internal teams.
Experience in credit, debt, and financial management, including budgeting and savings strategies, is preferred.
$20 – $22/HR; Compensation based on experience
Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt, M-F 8 am-4:30 pm, Evenings & Weekends as needed
The Financial Program Enrollment Coordinator (FPEC) will support families in need of decent and affordable housing solutions by serving as the first point of contact for prospects seeking assistance for all homeownership programming. The FPEC is responsible for conducting initial application intake, managing the application process, and assessing eligibility for MHFH homeownership programs. Additionally, they provide support to the Family Services department through case management of approved Partner Families and tracking their progress towards closing of their MHFH home.
