Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Stockton, CA is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to be the principal contact for mortgage customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will promote Chase home lending products, educate clients, and guide them from inquiry to closing while adhering to lending guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction based on scores and feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication for homeowner education and community outreach.
• Intermediate Windows PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community while guiding them until application.
• Act as mortgage expert, promote loan originations with external relationships in the community you serve.
• Partner with the branch team, train on products, meet customers, refer to bankers for additional products.
• Create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and relocation programs and other outreach tools.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the mortgage origination process, coordinating with partners to closing.
