Sean Valley Allstate Insurance is seeking a motivated, results-driven Homeowners Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for an insurance professional who understands the Florida homeowners market, knows how to navigate coverage options, and can turn quality leads into new business.

Responsibilities

• Quote, present, and sell homeowners insurance policies to Florida customers.
• Manage and follow up on agency-generated leads from direct mail, digital advertising, and other marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities.
• Consistently achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience quoting homeowners insurance in the Florida market.
• Previous experience with an independent insurance agency or Allstate preferred.
• Demonstrated sales success with the ability to share past performance results.
• Strong understanding of Florida homeowners insurance products, underwriting requirements, and quoting processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
• Must reside in Florida and be able to work remotely or in-office.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 annual base salary
• Commission opportunities of up to 4% of homeowners insurance premium, based on the agency's commission structure
