Preference for independent agency or Allstate background.
Proven sales results with measurable past performance.
Strong knowledge of Florida homeowners products and underwriting.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Must reside in Florida; flexible remote or in-office.

Responsibilities

Quote, present, and sell homeowners policies to Florida customers.
Manage and follow up on agency-generated leads from direct mail, digital ads, and campaigns.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend coverage options.
