Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support field warranty operations in Houston. You will act as the primary contact for homeowners, Project Managers, and field teams, guiding them through warranty processes, explaining maintenance, and delivering timely information.

You will use trackers and company databases to verify data, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records under tight deadlines. Strong MS Office skills and 3+ years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in housing/building industry.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with dissatisfied customers to de-escalate and guide to resolution.
• Respond by phone or email to inquiries, problem solve, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist homeowners and construction personnel in resolving warranty service issues.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with Construction.
• Provide prompt responses and timely status updates to homeowners and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between homeowner and construction on warranty process administration.
