Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to buyers after close of escrow.
• Coordinates transfers and ensures deadlines are met across departments.
• Manages builder-to-owner and resale files.
• Transfers ownership in accounting database using deed records.
• Sets up accounts for new owners and generates invoices.
• Processes ledger adjustments on various deeds and related documents.
• Conducts title company research to verify information.
• Maintains adherence to deadlines and high-volume workflow.
• Delivers customer service to homeowners and title companies.
• Notifies managers of trustee deeds, fines and balances.
• Handles reimbursements for transfer fees and overpayments.
• Updates procedures in collaboration with the Department Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
