Travel Chapter is seeking a proactive Homeowner Account Manager to support their expanding portfolio across South Lakes Area and surrounding regions. You will manage approximately 180 properties, focusing on data-informed pricing, property presentation, and owner engagement to grow bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new owners, maintaining strong relationships, and continuously improving property quality and performance through data-driven actions.

Formación

• Strong ability to understand and interpret data.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage varied owners.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in property or holiday letting is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Present properties with accurate, appealing descriptions and high-quality photography.
• Create pricing strategies using data, competitor insight and performance trends.
• Proactively monitor booking pace to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Onboard new owners and maintain ongoing relationships across a region.
• Provide regular updates, visits and performance reviews to owners.
• Identify issues from guest feedback and reviews and resolve them.
