Core duties include creating and managing homeowner accounts and service requests, handling calls, scheduling in-home appointments across territories, coordinating with logistics, and processing quotes and payments for out-of-warranty work while monitoring feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage homeowner accounts and service requests.
• Take calls from homeowners and resolve issues over the phone, via a virtual app, or by scheduling appointments.
• Schedule in-home appointments across multiple territories.
• Call or text homeowners with reminders of upcoming appointments.
• Purchase window/door products for warranty and non-warranty repairs and reorders.
• Check sales order confirmations for accuracy and estimated shipping timeframes.
• Coordinate with logistics for weekly product deliveries.
• Purchase service stock parts for warehouses.
• Create quotes and collect payment for out-of-warranty work.
• Monitor and respond to homeowner feedback and survey comments.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
