Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience managing complex public policy projects.
• Experience with homelessness policy, housing programs, or related services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and strategic advisor on homelessness issues for the City.
• Oversee and coordinate the homelessness response field team and outreach operations.
• Develop, maintain, and implement policies and standards for homelessness response.
• Report to the Homelessness Response Steering Committee and prepare meeting materials.
• Lead collaboration with agencies, funders, and nonprofit partners.
