Inspire Health Group in New York, NY is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (Homecare) to ensure patients receive timely care by coordinating with home health aides, scheduling visits, and providing friendly support to patients, aides and insurers.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, using HHA Exchange and Medflyt to track visits and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator (Homecare).
• Proficiency with HHA Exchange & Medflyt software and other basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and manage case coverage for home health aides, ensuring adequate staffing for all patient needs.
• Use Medflyt software to monitor missed visits, verify EVV, and address any issues.
• Maintain accurate records and notes for each patient in the system.
• Respond to customer service inquiries from patients, aides, and insurance companies, providing exceptional support.
• Assist patients in navigating their care needs and facilitate communication with insurance providers.
• Collaborate with team members to cover staffing gaps and ensure day-to-day operational goals are met.
• Take ownership of assigned cases and ensure patient well-being is the top priority.
