Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule homecare services for clients according to their needs and preferences.
• Communicate with clients and staff to manage schedules.
• Ensure full coverage and arrange backup staff as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided.
• Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Send required communications and documentation to case managers, family members, etc. as needed.
• On-call rotation is a requirement for our scheduling staff.
• Assist with answering phone calls.
• Any other office duties that are assigned as time allows.
