We are seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the Governing Body to plan, develop, and oversee programs, services, and staff across 11 NC/SC counties in the Suburban Metrolina Region. This role includes oversight of service delivery, supervision of caregivers, and ensuring compliance with North Carolina and South Carolina Home Care regulations. Responsibilities also encompass care management and personnel management related to service delivery.
This role involves planning, developing, and directing the agency's programs, services, activities, and staff. You will manage, supervise, evaluate, and develop client care teams to ensure high-quality care and appropriate case management, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Flexibility in working hours is required, and ensuring caregiver competency is critical.
Governing Body
We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Monroe office, serving adult and geriatric clients across multiple counties in NC and SC. This is a per diem position, initially offering 2-10 hours per week.
