ComForCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the Governing Body (owners) to plan, develop, and oversee the agency's programs, services, and staff across 11 NC/SC counties in the Suburban Metrolina Region. This role includes oversight of service delivery and supervision of caregivers, ensuring compliance with North Carolina and South Carolina Home Care regulations, including care management and personnel management.

Position Summary:

Develops and directs the agency's programs, services, activities, and staff. Responsible for all home care services, managing, supervising, and evaluating client care teams to ensure quality and compliance within legal and regulatory frameworks. Hours may vary; a key aspect is ensuring caregiver skills and competency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• At least 2 years nursing experience in an acute hospital or equivalent, with 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of relevant regulations at all levels
• Business management knowledge
• Proven supervisory skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Current CPR certification

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the agency
• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs
• Conduct home visits in designated areas
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor and report client condition changes
• Follow up on and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as needed
• Manage case coordination and documentation

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Monroe office, serving adult and geriatric clients across multiple counties in NC and SC. This is a per diem position, initially 2-10 hours/week.
