Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator/Trainer to support HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and training. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM at the Flagstaff office.

You will conduct full-cycle recruitment, build partnerships in the local community, ensure HR compliance, and enhance the candidate experience while coordinating trainings and onboarding for new and existing staff.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in office administration, recruiting, or HR is beneficial.
• Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including job ads, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events; builds community partnerships.
• Ensures HR compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Uses social media and job platforms to broaden outreach and diversify candidates.
• Maintains up-to-date employment records with regional talent teams.
