Express Homebuyers is seeking a high-performing Homebuying Specialist to join our real estate investment team in Florida. This consultative sales role demands strong people skills, entrepreneurial drive, and accountability for results.

Since 2003 we help homeowners sell without repairs or showings, turning promises into a great experience. You will speak with motivated homeowners, run seller appointments in person, and collaborate on offer strategy while maintaining CRM and pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Competitive, accountable, persistent, and comfortable being measured on results.
• Emotionally intelligent and able to stay calm in high-stakes conversations.
• Coachable, curious, and hungry to improve.
• Organized with disciplined follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Speak with motivated homeowners and understand what they truly need.
• Run seller appointments in person.
• Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with the team on offer strategy.
• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the agreement.
• Follow up consistently with homeowners who are not ready to decide today.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM.
• Partner with our transaction and dispositions teams to create a smooth path from contract to closing.
• Train, role-play, review deals, and continually sharpen your sales skills.
