Express Homebuyers USA is seeking a high-performing Homebuying Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This consultative sales role rewards those who love people, chase results, and value entrepreneurial freedom and accountability.

Since 2003, we’ve helped thousands of homeowners sell without repairs, showings, or commissions, turning that promise into a great experience for every homeowner we serve. You’ll play a key role in delivering that experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to understand homeowner needs.
• Accountable, results-driven, and comfortable being measured on outcomes.
• Emotionally intelligent with the ability to stay calm in high-stakes conversations.
• Coachable, curious, and eager to improve.
• Organized with disciplined follow-up habits.
• Able to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Sales, negotiation, customer service, or real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speak with motivated homeowners to understand their needs.
• Run seller appointments in person.
• Evaluate opportunities and collaborate on offer strategy.
• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and seek agreement.
• Follow up with homeowners not deciding immediately.
• Maintain a CRM and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with transaction and dispositions teams from contract to closing.
• Train and role-play to continually sharpen sales skills.
