Job summary

Express Homebuyers is seeking a high-performing Homebuying Specialist to join our real estate investment team in the United States. This consultative sales role focuses on talking with homeowners, running in-person seller appointments, evaluating opportunities, presenting offers, and negotiating confidently while guiding contracts to closing.

You’ll work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, maintaining a robust pipeline and leveraging our training to sharpen

What You’ll Do

Speak with motivated homeowners and understand what they truly need.

Run seller appointments in person.

Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with the team on offer strategy.

Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the agreement.

Follow up consistently with homeowners who are not ready to decide today.

Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM.

Partner with our transaction and dispositions teams to create a smooth path from contract to closing.

Train, role-play, review deals, and continually sharpen your sales skills.

Compensation: Base of ~$4,000 per month with total yearly earnings of $250k+
