Qualifications

• Experience in relationship-driven B2C sales is preferred.

• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured home sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify floor plans and options to guide their home purchase.
• Coordinate the construction process to ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits.
