Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. invites applications for an Online Sales Concierge.

You will manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources, ensuring a positive online, chat and phone experience, and convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives. You will maintain the CRM, generate monthly sales and marketing reports, stay current on communities and products, and help grow new opportunities through calls, emails and mail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; familiarity with DRH applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources.
• Ensure a positive experience online, via chat, or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports and analyze website traffic.
