You will help customers find and design their dream home, and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth transaction. You will actively source new sales opportunities, network with realtors, and maintain accurate records from initial contact through loan and construction.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the sales process from lead to close while delivering excellent customer service.
• Continuously source new customers and assist them in finding and designing their dream home.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors and manage time to meet sales goals.
