D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. You will continuously source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales flow from lead to closing.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with realtors and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed.

Formación

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office and email.
• Experience using DRH Sales applications.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and manage relationships with realtors.
• Meet sales goals and work with the team to succeed.
