Qualifications

• One year of experience in a home sales environment is required.
• Ability to operate PCs and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyers from first contact through construction and closing.
• Meet monthly sales plan by generating prospects and following up on leads.
• Maintain knowledge of the community’s demographics (schools, shopping, parks, etc.).
• Maintain pricing, floor plans, elevations, options, features and properties in files and systems.
