Responsibilities

• Manage buyers from first contact through construction and closing.
• Achieve monthly sales plan by prospecting, following up on leads, and maintaining Realtor relationships.
• Know community demographics and market competitors; keep pricing, floor plans and options files updated.
• Maintain clean, merchandised models and sales offices per SOPs.
• Coordinate marketing activities from the community calendar and create content for guest experiences.
• Communicate with buyers on contract progress, loan needs, and community updates.
• Develop client relations and train on product knowledge and processes.
